Lina Drada has been a Law Clerk with the Urbina Law Firm since 2019. Lina comes to us with a B.A. in International Economics and a Law Degree from Northern University School of Law. During Law school, Lina interned with various organizations that helped shape her desire to work in immigration law. She has clerked for non-profit organizations such as Kids in Need of Defense, the Irish International Immigrant Center, and RAICES where she worked on declarations, TPS renewals, interpretation for USCIS interviews, and so much more. She also volunteered for three years on the PAIR project where she provided pro bono services to assist immigrants with asylum claims.
Lina loves working with the immigrant communities and connecting with clients one-on-one to identify how she can be of service. In her free time, Lina enjoys spending time with her family, especially her daughter, Emilia.
