Leticia Assad grew up in Brazil and earned her law degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, later completing a Paralegal Certificate from the Blackstone Career Institute. She has devoted her career to immigration law, handling cases such as adjustment of status, fiancé visas, removal of conditions, naturalization, work permits, asylum, and humanitarian petitions including U visas, T visas, VAWA, and deferred action. As an immigrant herself, Leticia understands the challenges of starting over in a new country and approaches every case with empathy, patience, and care, helping clients navigate the immigration process with support and understanding. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, dancing, going to the gym, spending time with friends, and relaxing with her cat.
