Urbina Immigration Law: A MIGRATORY SPECIALIZED LAW Firm

Norma Gonzalez earned her associate degree in radiologic technology in 2023, and while her formal studies were outside the immigration field, all of her immigration experience has come directly from hands-on training, mentorship, and guidance within the firm. She joined the firm eight years ago with no prior professional immigration background, quickly immersing herself in the work and evolving alongside the team as processes and the broader immigration landscape changed. As a Mexican-American and first-generation daughter of immigrants, Norma’s cultural background has deeply shaped her approach, giving her a personal understanding of both the resilience and challenges within immigrant communities and helping her connect meaningfully with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors—taking walks, exploring new trails, bike riding, and swimming. She also loves discovering new restaurants, and she and her younger sister go on monthly “sister dates” to explore new spots together.
