Richard Panachida earned his bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University. Since 2015, he has focused his career on immigration law, while also gaining experience in criminal law, family law, workers’ compensation, and personal injury.
Coming from a family of Brazilian immigrants who settled in Atlanta in the 1960s, Richard witnessed firsthand the resilience and determination required to build a new life in a challenging environment, lessons that continue to inspire him today. This personal connection to the immigrant experience gives him a deep understanding of the hopes, sacrifices, and obstacles his clients face, shaping his empathetic and dedicated approach to advocacy.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife, collecting records, and watching sports, movies, and professional wrestling.
