Daniela Villamizar Fink is a Senior Attorney at Urbina Law Firm, LLC, with more than eleven years of experience in immigration law. She focuses her practice on deportation and removal defense, as well as family-based immigration matters. Throughout her career, Daniela has represented individuals and families facing complex immigration proceedings, combining extensive legal experience with thoughtful advocacy and a strong commitment to protecting her clients and their families.

Daniela earned her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law, graduating with the highest level of Pro Bono Distinction in recognition of her commitment to public service. She also graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Political Science.

She is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Daniela is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Born in Miami, Florida, and raised in a military family that moved throughout the United States, Daniela is a proud first-generation Colombian American and is fluent in Spanish. Her background gives her a personal perspective on the immigrant experience that complements her years of professional advocacy.

Outside of the office, Daniela enjoys traveling, reading, watching soccer, and discovering new restaurants and vegetarian cuisines. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, a daughter and twin boys, as well as the family’s bird and dog.
