Daniela Villamizar Fink is an associate attorney at Urbina Law Firm LLC with over seven years of experience in immigration law. She specializes in deportation defense and family-based immigration. Daniela earned her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law and graduated with highest honors of pro bono distinction. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia State University with a B.A. in Anthropology and Political Science.

Daniela is admitted to practice law in the State Bar of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia. He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia. Daniela is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Daniela is originally from Miami, Florida, but was raised as an “army brat”. She is a proud first generation Colombian American and is fluent in Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, watching soccer, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and pet bird and dog.
